Topical Retin-A Treatments

How does Retin-A work?

Retin-A and Steva-A are the brand names for the drug Tretinoin. Tretinoin is the acid form of Vitamin A which works by stimulating collagen production in the skin and increases skin cell multiplication. It is applied to the skin for the treatment of a number of Skin Conditions.

This topical treatment works by causing the outer layer of the skin to grow more rapidly, which decreases the amount of the protein 'keratin' in the skin.

We have over 30 years' experience in treating Skin, Facial Rejuvenation and Cosmetic Medicine. The Treatments and Treatment Plans we have developed can effectively deal with any Skin Conditions and problems you may have, and also slow down and reverse the skin's ageing process.

What skin conditions can Topical Retin-A improve?

A no obligation consultation with one of our Cosmetic Physicians or Clinicians and Aestheticians is essential so your skin can be examined and assessed for Topical Retin-A Treatments.

How many treatments are required?

From our experience and depending on your skin type and conditions you would need 4 to 6 treatments to achieve optimal results.
