Tummy Tuck or Abdominoplasty is a Cosmetic Surgery Procedure to reduce unwanted fat and excess loose skin from the abdomen. In most cases it can restore weakened or separated abdominal muscles and change the shape and tone of the abdomen to create a firmer and smoother profile.

We have over 35 years of Cosmetic Surgery experience and we have performed hundreds of Tummy Tuck procedures.

How does a Tummy Tuck/Abdominoplasty procedure work?

Mini Tummy tuck

Is a procedure that removes the excess skin below the belly button so as to tighten the skin but the underlying muscle tissue is not tightened. The benefits of this procedure are that scarring is minimal and the recovery times are much faster.

Endoscopic Abdominoplasty

Allows skin and muscles to be tightened, with only small incisions at the pubic area which results in minimal scarring and quicker recovery times.

Full Abdominoplasty

Involves the removal of the loose skin beneath the belly button as well the muscles in that area being tightened. This can achieve tightness in the skin and muscles however; there are a scar that runs across the bikini line, which is not generally visible when wearing underwear or bikinis.

These procedures can be combined with Liposuction for the best results, depending on the amount of fat the patient has in the abdominal region. Our Surgeons can assist you in deciding which Tummy Tuck Procedure is most suitable for your particular situation.

We recommend that any Tummy Tuck procedure should be considered only after dieting and exercise have failed to achieve the desired look and outcome.

What should I expect after Tummy Tuck surgery?

As there are a number of different Abdominoplasty procedures the recovery may vary significantly. Our Surgeons can fully explain the recovery times for each procedure during a no obligation consultation.

Our Surgeons and Nurses will continue to monitor your recovery through a number of post-operative check-ups and are available at any time if you have questions or concerns.

What does it cost?

As each Tummy Tuck procedure is different for each patient a no obligation consultation with one of our Surgeons is essential to discuss a patient’s a particular problem and the expected outcome. During your consultation, our surgeons will evaluate which is the most suitable Tummy Tuck/Abdominoplasty procedure and explain it fully to you.

Our philosophy is simple. We want you to be fully informed, and we want you to understand all your options and have one accurate price quoted once. Consultation fees may apply.

There is no need for you to obtain a referral from your own doctor to see one of our Surgeons. Generally we are able to book you in to see one of our Surgeons in 7 to 14 days.
