Mr Amir Tadros (MED0001375519) is a Specialist Plastic Surgeon operating in Melbourne and Regional Victoria. Mr Tadros has been in practice since 1996 and performs a range of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeries.
Graduating from King’s College in the UK, he trained and worked in plastic surgery units worldwide and had specific training in cosmetic procedures.
Mr Amir holds the distinctive honour of being a triple board-certified plastic surgeon and he is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
He obtained his Australian Plastic Surgery fellowship (FRACS) from the Royal Australian College of Surgeons in 2022, the UK Plastic Surgery Fellowship FRCS (Plast) in 2010 and the European Diploma in Hand and Reconstructive Surgery (FESSH) in 2010.
Mr Amir practised as a consultant plastic surgeon for over 10 years in the UK’s biggest university teaching in hospitals and has carried out thousands of surgeries.
Mr Amir enhanced his plastic surgery training in some of the most prestigious international units including St Thomas’s Hospital in London, the world-renowned Canniesburn unit.
Mr Amir is also heavily involved in plastic surgery education and is currently an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons (UK) in plastic surgery and is an honorary senior clinical lecturer at Deakin University. He previously served as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Aberdeen Medical School.
Mr Tadros’ unique set of qualifications and skills allows him to have a broader understanding of anatomy and techniques used in all aspects of plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery.
Mr Tadros has many treatment protocols for complex reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery cases.
