At me clinic, the pricing for most treatments and surgical procedures varies depending on the type of surgery, the complexity of the procedure, and individual patient needs.
The clinic team provides a detailed quote after your patient consultations, during which factors like surgeon fees, anaesthesia, hospital costs, and post-operative care like garments and medications are discussed in detail.
Patient Consultation Pricing
The Cost of a Patient Consultation at Me Clinic Malvern (As at Sep 2024 – price includes GST)
- Consultation with a Specialist Plastic Surgeon – $350*
- Vein Consultation with a Doctor (may include Ultrasound) – $230*
- Consultation with a Cosmetic Doctor – $150
- Mole Removal Consultation with a Cosmetic Doctor – $150
- Skin Assessment with Nurse or Aesthetician – $50 (redeemable on products or services)
* A partial Medicare Rebate may be available for some of these consultations if you have a valid GP referral

Medicare Rebates may apply
- If your procedure is deemed medically essential and meets specific MBS criteria, you may qualify for a Medicare Item number and partial Medicare rebate on your surgery. A Medicare Item number and valid Medical Referral will be required to access Private Health Insurance funding if it applies. Funding Your Surgery
- In some cases, you may be able to use Early Release of your Superannuation Fund to pay for major surgery. Other patients have used Medical Finance to fund their treatment. You can find out more information by searching for medical finance online.
