Patient Experience Manager, Patient Consultant
Rowena has been with the Me Clinic for over 9 years and is our Patient Experience Manager. She is responsible for our informative responses to patient email enquiries and phone requests.
She works alongside our surgeons and meets with our surgical patients to provide surgical quotes and to guide them on their surgical journey with me clinic.
Rowena’s vast understanding of our patients surgical and non surgical requirements combined with her quite manner of putting patients at ease makes her invaluable to our practice.
