We understand that vaginal procedures can be a sensitive issue. While many of us feel embarrassed or uncomfortable discussing the topic, there’s no reason to ignore something you’re unhappy about when there are options available that can help.
At Me Clinic, we offer a range of vaginal enhancement and surgery procedures which can help you address many areas of concern in a discreet and private environment.
If you’d like sexual intercourse to be a more gratifying and satisfying experience, vaginal enhancement or G-spot enhancement may be a suitable treatment option.
Vaginal enhancement is a non-surgical treatment that can help make sexual intercourse more satisfying. It is believed that an area on the front wall of the vagina just inside the opening of the vagina (at the bladder neck) is a highly erogenous area. Vaginal enhancement works by enlarging the area with a dermal or volumising filler, which enhances sexual stimulation by making it more amenable to pressure during sex.
Vaginal or G-spot enhancement is a simple and quick procedure where dermal or volumising filler or the patient’s own fat is injected into strategic areas of the vaginal wall to enlarge the area, therefore assisting to increase stimulation during sexual intercourse.
Vaginal enhancement is a very straightforward, minimally invasive treatment that can be performed in less than 30 minutes as a walk-in walk-out procedure, causing only very minimal discomfort and downtime.
The treatment is performed in our clinic under local anaesthetic, making for an entirely painless procedure without the need for sedation. You are also able to combine multiple vaginal surgery procedures into a single treatment.
Vaginal enhancement using dermal filler works by injecting small amounts of filler into the vaginal wall, which binds with the water in the skin to plump and enlarge the area and increase pressure during sexual intercourse to make for a more satisfying experience.
Vaginal enhancement using dermal filler usually lasts around four months and fades away gradually. You may notice the results last longer following several treatments.
Volumising filler works in much the same way as dermal filler, however it uses a different acid (poly-L-lactic-acid) which typically lasts longer. While the results can vary between patients, you can usually expect volumising filler treatments to last up two years.
Fat transfer (also known as Autologous Fillers) can also be used to produce the same result. This technique uses the patient’s own fat from another area of the body (extracted through liposuction), which is then injected into the treatment area. As the treatment uses the patient’s own fat, it is not likely to trigger an allergic reaction.
Over time the body can naturally reabsorb the fat. While the rate of absorption of the fat (if any) can be different depending on the individual patient, in our experience with some patients, a successful fat transfer and graft procedure can last many years or even a lifetime.
While the G-spot enhancement procedure is quick, simple and minimally invasive, some patients may experience some redness, swelling and tenderness in the treatment area in the first day or so following the treatment. These reactions are normal and should resolve quickly.
Our team will be available if you have any questions or concerns following the procedure. We also recommend you avoid sexual intercourse for 10 days following the procedure.
At Me Clinic, the cost of vaginal enhancement starts from $1,200.
As every patient we see has different requirements, it is difficult to provide standardised pricing as each procedure is tailored to the individual patient's situation and the volume of filler required can vary.
Our philosophy is simple—we want you to be fully informed and understand all your options, which is why it’s important to attend a no-obligation consultation with one of our experienced surgeons.
During the consultation, you will be able to discuss your individual needs and requirements with the surgeon who will conduct an assessment of your condition and provide a quote for the most appropriate treatment option. The consultation is entirely confidential and we make every effort to make our patients feel relaxed and comfortable.

Some patients are also unhappy with other symptoms or problems such as large or irregular labia, discomfort wearing pants, loose vaginal walls or pain during intercourse, amongst others. If you also experience any of these symptoms, you may want to consider combining multiple vaginal treatments into a single procedure.
At Me Clinic, we also offer the following vaginal surgery and enhancement treatments.
Labiaplasty (also commonly referred to as Labioplasty, Labia Reduction, Inner Lip Reduction or Labia Minora Reduction) is a procedure that is designed to reduce the size or change the shape of the labia minora (the small lips on the outside of the vagina).
It can be a suitable treatment option for women with a large or irregular labia minora who could be experiencing discomfort or irritation when wearing tight clothing, playing sport or during intercourse. Some patients also opt for a labiaplasty purely for aesthetic reasons.
Vaginoplasty (also known as Vaginal Tightening, Vaginal Rejuvenation, Cosmetic Vaginal Surgery, Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation or Aesthetic Vaginal Surgery) is a procedure designed to tighten the lax muscles and tissues in the front or back of the vaginal canal. This can occur following childbirth, because of genetics, as a result of trauma, or simply from the vaginal tissue stretching.
The procedure results in a tighter vaginal opening and canal, with many patients reporting a heightened level of satisfaction during sex following the procedure.
Many women complain of excess skin over their clitoral area which causes the area to be bulky and wrinkly and project out from their clothes. Some women find that this excess skin can reduce sensitivity or cause painful sex.
A clitoral hood reduction can be performed to remove the excess skin to provide a smoother and tighter, yet functional clitoris and hood. As the clitoris is not operated upon, there is no reduction in clitoral sensation during sex and patients often report that the procedure has increased their sensation during sex.
Women choose to have their hymen re-instated for social, cultural and religious reasons. Many women’s hymens may have inadvertently broken through strenuous sporting and vigorous activity.
Hymen repair surgery can be performed to restore the virginal state of the vagina. This procedure involves stitching together the remnants of the hymen to recreate a new intact hymen. During subsequent sexual intercourse, the hymen is torn which results in bleeding.
Some women are not happy with the skin tone and texture of their clitoral hood, labia and in the area between the vagina and anus. Vaginal laser resurfacing is a simple treatment to correct these concerns.
We treat these problem areas with our special lasers and radio frequency devices. This results in resurfaced, smoother and often tighter skin in these problem areas.
At Me Clinic, we have over 35 years of experience in cosmetic surgery and provide a discreet and private environment where you can discuss your problems openly with our trusted surgeons who are understanding and compassionate.
